    Workers who rely on tips--in restaurants, nail salons, car washes--are often being paid sub-minimum wages and facing frequent harrassment. Great roundtable now with & on push to pass a strong minimum wage to protect ALL workers in NY.

    ❤❤❤ this lady so much more, knowing that she was a restaurant worker like me!

    It was hard for me to leave my restaurant job. When you work long days in a hard job with thoughtful and funny people, it very much becomes a family. These photos are from just a few months ago. I love these people a lot. My focus is to make life better for folks like these.

    I live in . Like a strong majority of my neighbors, I voted . The ballot measure was clear. The results were clear.

    Read my statement on the bill I co-introduced to repeal . I do not take the results of the election lightly. This bill is just the beginning of a legislative process where nuanced deliberation & constructive dialogue can take place.
