    My 91 yr old nan has been living in dreadful conditions due to ’s error, now disgracefully after 8wks unable to use cooking or washing facilities are causing more distress because they refuse to replace damaged kitchen units. She’s having to ask to go into care.

    As you say , every day matters. It certainly does when you’re 91 and disable, your home is in a state, and life is becoming increasingly more difficult as a result of your callousness. It’s at your door. Sort it out immediately.

    It’s really a disgrace that have ignored the problem, thus allowing my grandmother’s living conditions to worsen, & basically admit they don’t give a damn about the welfare of the elderly and disabled. They should be utterly ashamed & called out for this awful behaviour

    Why are not accepting responsibility? Why do they think it’s acceptable to ignore requests from my father & allow conditions for a 91yr old disabled woman to worsen because of a cynical cost cutting attempt? She’s already saved them money by not wanting to go into care.
