    Proud to work for a place that knows where it's been, where it's going, and that we can always do better. Thankful I get to bring my whole self to work and get to encourage others to do so as well.

    For gov service delivery, I think the key here is *true* co-design — i.e. innovators/experts/blue-sky'ers + the end user who is the subject matter expert of their lived experience trying to get something done, designing something *together*.

    I agree with letting users drive service design to a point but what about the Henry Ford faster horse quote? Doesn't true innovation mean making something that is beyond what people can imagine?
