    Some stats about our AMAZING caregivers. In 2018, - median wage was $19/hr (including dynamic pricing, when caregivers can make more) - on average, our caregivers made ~$3800 and did 39 bookings - our 3 most prolific caregivers made ~$45K, $39.5K, $32.6K

    There has been a shooting at Saugus High School, about 35 miles north of downtown Los Angeles. It’s been reported that there are at least six victims. The gunman is on the loose and nearby elementary schools are on lockdown. We don’t have to live like this.

    This is an example of the fallacy of focusing on intent versus outcomes. It doesn’t matter if employers don’t hire women because they hate women or because they think men are better. End result is the same, excellent women being passed over for mediocre men. That needs fixing

    Employers favor men not because they are prejudiced against women, but because they have the perception that men perform better on average at certain tasks.
