    Way overdone, but you never know how many more accounts the brokers may wish to liquidate. It's a vicious circle and moving target

    The all-time low close of 9.14 from 11/3/17 is intact. Today's new VIX close had it beaten until the very last tick from 9.12 to 9.15.
