    I often disagreed with Charles Krauthammer's columns, but always benefited and learned by reading them. He and his work will be greatly missed.

    We are calling on the Trump admin to end its inhumane policy that separates children from their parents at the border. The administration needs to remember that these children are often fleeing extreme violence & this policy only traumatizes them further.

    We all agree with the goals, but Dems aren't laying out a serious strategy. They're playing politics, trying to get to the right of Trump. It is posture not policy. And it fails at both. Better for nuclear policy to support this negotiation then lay out what else should be done.

    This is clearly an issue that divides Democrats. I've had lots of applause but also lots of pushback on my column today.

    ⁦⁦.⁩ is right that Democrats should support Trump’s efforts of engagement and diplomacy with North Korea. ⁦⁩ is simply wrong on this issue. Democrats should learn from the blunder of the Iraq war.
