    This is a real Hanukkah miracle. I am proud to be a part of a large, bipartisan group of members of Congress who, along with over a hundred former senior justice officials, have been calling for Mr. Rubashkin’s release for the past eight years.

    Breaking: President Trump commutes the prison sentence of Sholom Rubashkin. Trump now has issued one pardon (Sheriff Joe Arpaio) and one commutation.

    The Jackson Township Council voted tonight 4-1 to back off its restrictions on the Eruv. Local community activists and leaders in addition to and deserve credit for litigating this case in court of law, in court of public opinion and for negotiating.
