The printing is perfect and it is so fun to have a custom mailer for our store! However we have trouble with the perforated flap -- sometimes it will tear when we are packing something up and we have to tape the package shut before mailing.

Let me explain. I only gave this review 4 stars, as opposed to 5, because the bags came in much smaller than anticipated. Now, this is no fault of my own. I had asked a question regarding the sizing of the bags. Based on the answer I got, I chose the 7.5x10.5. However, I would have been much better off with the 10x13.
