1. Do you Log? But You're In A 14 Eyes Country!

Our logging policy is very simple; "We do not log. Period." We have stated this multiple times in court in 2016 (United States vs McWaters) and in 2017 (United States vs Colby) when we were ordered to provide logs. When we receive a court order or subpoena, our Legal department thoroughly vet the validity of the request and respond accordingly. Our Transparency Report demonstrates subpoena and court requests that we've received.

Hey new customer here,

I was just ensuring that if I decide that PIA is not for me, will I still be applicable for a refund in the first 7 days?

It gets stuck at authenticating and won't connect but it will connect if I turn it on from the app

This is incredibly annoying. It takes so long before it even connects to websites. Images or videos on the page will also take an additional 5-7 seconds too.

Actual download speed is fine though. What is going on?!

It would be really usefull to have an option to put the vpn kill switch toggle directly in the main menu, so you always see if it's on or not, and to quickly change it.

I sometimes find myself thinking it's on when it's really off or the other way around.

Is anyone else having trouble with high memory usage? I just noticed that the new PIA client is using 3gb of ram. (Most likely memory leak somewhere)

Also the new client seems to be really unstable. It's common for my laptop to wake from sleep and the PIA menu wont open and consumes a lot of CPU and ram. OS is win10. I'm just mostly looking for others having this issue. If I'm the only one I know my OS is broken.

Seems like after a very short amount of time on network data stops working completely. Restarting the app only helps temporarily. I'm having no issues over wifi. Anyone else having this problem?

My isp is cox and I think they may be disconnecting me when I use PIA, seems to be a common thing lately. Also I've a noticed and increase in low speeds when I am connected to the Houston server while I am located in Louisiana
