We’ll be answering questions at (1pm) CT Bangaville fam, we’re looking forward to your questions.
Bio: Coming from New Orleans, Tank and the Bangas are surrounded by plenty of grand musical traditions. And the five-piece group has a rare knack for combining various music styles-fiery soul, deft hip-hop, deep-groove RB, and subtle jazz-into one dazzling, cohesive whole that evokes the scope of New Orleans music while retaining a distinctive feel all its own.

This man has shaped my life in so many ways, and is someone we need to appreciate for the rest of our days. He was a big part in making hip hop popular. And with his hand in most styles of music, it was very special for me to meet him.
A few months ago a peer in my year group at school took his life, I myself was not close with him but a lot of my friends knew him very well, and grew up with him. After we were told the news at school a lot of my friends were in emotional ruins, as I said earlier I didn’t know him but being a relatively small school everyone had wished their was something we could’ve done that had of changed his mind that night. The whole day I looked after my friends just trying to make sure they were okay, it was a long, dull day but I left school and had to work. After such a emotional day I left my 2 hour shift at work to drive home and put my Spotify on shuffle, that’s when Heroes came on, I just let everything out I had been holding in all day, cried for a good 20 minutes, even after the 6 minute song had finished it just brought me in the open and gave me a huge emotional relief. Now I can’t listen to Heroes with out crying my eyes out but it’s such a beautiful song that reminds to be grateful of all the friends and family I have, because someone out there feels like they have none.
