This is not possible. The way WPML works makes it mandatory to use some kind of language indication in the URLs, be it by adding a language "directory" like /es/ (Spanish example) to pages, using separate domains like es.123.com or a URL parameter like "?lang=es".

You mean something like... 123.com/shop/my-englis… and 123.com/shop/meine-eng… (in German, for example)? So there is no /de/ part or any language indication in the URL?
