يعد تحسين بيئة العمل أمراً حاسماً بالنسبة للعراق وذلك لاستقطاب الاستثمارات اللازمة لخلق فرص العمل والازدهار لشبابه.
اذ تعمل الشركات البريطانية بالفعل على توفير 1000 فرصة عمل في العراق، لكن توفير اصلاحات بسيطة سيسمح لهذه الشركات بخلق أكثر من 1000 فرصة عمل أخرى.
