This is clearly why Leveson 2 is of such fundamental importance. The Judicial Review into the decision to rescind upon PM Cameron's promise will be a one day hearing on the 1st or 2nd of November, ie 10 days. Civil cases exposing Dacre's criminality not 'till Nov.
