I’m not interested in Khashoggi’s alleged ties to Islamist groups. It in no way justifies his murder. I do care, however, about how the MB bloc seeks to leverage this debacle. Withholding evidence with intermittent leaks prolongs and deepens this crisis.

Went to for bbq today in Dallas. It’s a long line out the door but worth every minute waiting. The beef rib is a monster!

See this thread from . The Halkbank/Zarrab/Atill trial was replete with evidence of SWIFT transactions that violated sanctions. I have little faith in SWIFT now to weed out Iranian violations as new sanctions kick in

The boogey man comment here is asinine. But the irony of this tweet is that Iran actually helped AQ with the 1998 twin embassy bombings

There’s no shortage of pro-Iran, pro-Turk, pro-Qatar mouthpieces calling for policies that would shatter bilateral ties, but this is the way forward on Saudi Arabia that would probably not torch the alliance. ICYMI:

Calls for a tougher Saudi Arabia policy after Jamal Khashoggi's murder still has some experts tripped up by their previous takes. It’s been interesting to see some of the hostile responses to my commentary for ⁦⁩ yesterday.
