Today -- Juneteenth -- of the Church (U.S.A.) will march to deliver $40,000 to St. Louis groups that bail out persons charged with nonviolent crimes and who cannot afford bail. We won't stop until the cash bail system is dismantled.

The Presbyterians are marching this afternoon with $40,000 to bail people out of jail here in St. Louis who are stuck because they can not afford cash bail. Literally freeing prisoners. My church is not perfect, but there are times when I'm so proud.
