באופן קבוע ילדים וילדות פלסטיניים מרצועת עזה יוצאים לאשפוזים במזרח ירושלים לבד מאחר והוריהם לא מקבלים היתר יציאה. אנחנו מטפלים עכשיו בתינוק בן שמונה חודשים שייצא לטיפול לבד ומתנדבת מישראל תלווה אותו.

2/2 לתושבי עזה אין זכות בחירה או השפעה על המצב הפוליטי שנכפה עליהם. מדיניות הסגר הישראלית מונעת מהם יום יום חופש תנועה וצרכים בסיסיים, ויום שבו נמנעת תנועת סחורות טומן בחובו פוטנציאל הרסני עבור כלכלת הרצועה הרעועה ממילא. אסור שחופש הבחירה שלנו יבוא על חשבונם.

1/2 מחר, יום שלישי, ייסגר מעבר כרם שלום לתנועת סחורות לעזה וממנה. מעבר ארז יהיה סגור למעט מעבר של מקרים הומניטאריים. הסיבה: הבחירות ברשויות המקומיות בישראל. אין שום צידוק לכך שמדינת ישראל, שטוענת בנחישות כי התנתקה מעזה, תמנע אספקה משני מיליון תושבי הרצועה בשל מועדי שבתון בישראל.

Every day, the Israeli-imposed closure on Gaza severely restricts movement of people and goods to and from the Strip. Closing the crossings fully could further damage Gaza’s fraught economy. Israeli citizens’ right to vote should not come at the expense of Gaza residents.

There is no justification for denying Gaza’s two million residents, most of whom are children, access to the basic provisions entering through Kerem Shalom on a daily basis.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, Israel will be closing Kerem Shalom Crossing to movement of goods to and from the Gaza Strip. Erez Crossing, for movement of people, will only be open to “humanitarian exceptions.”
Why? Because of the elections for local councils in Israel.

Erez & Kerem Shalom crossings are again open "as usual," i.e., a suffocating permit regime which hinders the economy, endangers health, splits families. Gaza's fishing zone remains 3 nautical miles from shore and the fuel from Qatar to operate the power plant is still delayed.

המעברים ארז וכרם שלום שוב "פועלים כרגיל". נזכיר כי ב"כרגיל" הכוונה למשטר ההיתרים החונק, שמדכא את הכלכלה, מסכן בריאות ומפצל משפחות. וכן, שמרחב הדיג נותר 3 מייל ימי מהחוף ושהדלק שרכשה קטאר כדי להפעיל את תחנת הכוח עודנו מעוכב.
די להשתמש בתושבי עזה כקלפי מיקוח.

עוד סוג של ענישה קולקטיבית לחולים בעזה. חולים פנו אלינו לאחר שלא קיבלו היתר יציאה לטיפול בגדה כי קרוביהם נמצאים שם ללא היתר וטרם חזרו לרצועה. עוד מהלך שפוגע במי שהכי זקוקים לחמלה וסיוע. הבקשות שלנו עד כה לשנות את הנוהל טרם נענו. haaretz.co.il/news/politics/…
