Purpose

guests will be redirected to the login page when trying to access a restricted work, trying to download works during high load times, and trying to comment on a work that does not allow guest comments. they'll see two links to create an account, one above the login form and one below it. both of these links have been edited to reflect these scenarios:

• if account creation requires an invite, guests will see a link to request an invite

• if account creation is enabled without the need for an invitation, guests will see a link to create an account

• if neither of these scenarios are true, guests will not see a link to create an account

Testing

please check that when account creation requires an invite, guests see a link to the invite request page. also check that when account creation is enabled without need for an invitation, guests see a link to the create an account page. if account creation is disabled with or without an invite, check that there is no link to create an account for guests.
