Purpose

Use Codecov for coverage. Before this gets merged, I need help from AD&T staff to:

• Log in https://codecov.io/ with the GitHub otwcode account and enable the otwarchive repository
• Remove the coveralls Rake task from the Codeship build

I've enabled the otwarchive repository on Codecov and removed the Coveralls rake task from Codeship.
