At first glance, it... just kinda works

• Adds heatmaps
• Add Slide tool, for more accurate way tracing if strava data is there too

One thing that is a bit annoying is https://github.com/strava/iD/#rebase-and-publish - makes keeping everything up to date a bit tricky. I'd recommend creating a 'pure' telenav branch of ID, then a 'production' one merging everything that you can rebuild easily.

Licencing... I assume is all still https://github.com/strava/iD/blob/master/LICENSE ; though use of the slide backend or heatmap tiles might be something that needs discussion.

Also did strava/iD#11 ; so will update this if that gets merged

Oh, and this is just plain helpful

• 5 clicks or so
• Rough, messy tracing

After:

• One more button press and blam!
