    We’ve launched more missiles at Syria this year than we’ve accepted Syrian refugees. Leading the free world means showing strength when necessary and compassion whenever possible. Our country is doing one — we can’t forget the other.

    The U.S. has accepted only 11 Syrian refugees this year.

    Also new insight on Trump’s decision to send missiles to Ukraine, a move Obama opposed. Trump relented after a major lobbying campaign by Pompeo and Haley. But he had demanded the decision be kept quiet. When it leaked, he blasted staffers.

    FACT CHECK: 90 US Troops died from wounds sustianed in combat between 1 May-30 Sept 2003. Glad the White House was paying attention.

    It was the crew’s message from start to finish. It also was the backdrop for Bush’s speech. In May 2003, everyone thought the mission had been accomplished. The insurgency did not fully develop until the Fall of 2003. The WH press corps in May did not criticize the banner.
