    A key indicator of truly ‘outstanding’ schools is not so much adherence to a particular model, but rather the ongoing, reflective, relentless effort to grow as teachers through the shared study of new ideas, different models and each others’ practice.

    A key idea here for England from OECD chief: allow teachers space to share their expertise. Time to ditch the idea of government dictating so-called best practices. Give teaching back to teachers! via
