    I don’t think this is right. The ACA reporter-verse wrote early and accurately about how GOP AGs picked the judge most likely to rule this way. Question was whether O’Connor would drop the bomb before he midterms, not how he would rule.

    When a bunch of "legal experts" tell you this ACA case will be laughed out of court on appeal, remind them many of these same legal experts said there was no way this Texas judge would rule the ACA unconstitutional either.
