    What a great lunch spot - with views of and ! Arrived at Tengboche at 3860m after 2.5 hours trekking from Kyangjuma (3600m). Steep path but we kept a sustained pace. Looking forward to a short break here before continuing on the EBC trail to Pangboche 🇳🇵

    Flew to Lukla from Kathmandu early this morning via helicopter as the scheduled planes were unable to land with the cloud. We set off along the winding trail - 7 miles over 5hrs (with a break for lunch) until we reached Monzu at 2862m. Staying in a tea house tonight.
