    The real irony of is that they= #1 pen of archaeologists. We use them to mark sample bags, bone bags, small find tickets, pottery tickets, reminders on hands/arms. My bag (courtesy of ) is full of sharpies, used to mark tickets like the one on the right

    and getting repeated mechanical failures. Sigh. Each one a different design entirely. Went through two complete mech rebuilds and screwed up my myriad little parts. I start again tomorrow no further than I was this am. Sigh. These days still take it out of me. Now I’m home...

    Lots happened today, lots of great things happened. Meetings about some amazing future collaborations. But I spent the better part of the day making 23 unique little plastic pieces, and failing. They’re for my NYCC costume. It’ll be a doozy, but I spun my wheels today...

    In 2012 I watched trying crochet, I was entranced and decided to try it for myself. I watched tutorials on YouTube and within a week made a beanie. Seven years on, I am making my own YouTube videos to teach others. Also, for how to clean vacume filters. 🤷😂
