    Definitely worthwhile. Cockburn is very even-handed in his assessments but does say the quality of reporting on Syria is the worst he's ever seen. He also says that, in terms of the intensity of the propaganda, the only other comparable conflict was WW I.

    this is the kind of money that pours into moderate rebels propaganda and PR orgs like White Helmets from the U.S. alone. It's unprecedented. Patrick Cockburn, in the podcast I linked to, said there's been nothing like this level of propagandizing for a conflict since WWI.

    Or maybe Vice is being deliberately deceptive to advance the regime change line that defines its current mission. As we explained at , this corporate outlet is a de facto media arm of the American regime

    Media literacy is so bad, even journalists can't get it right. This Vice News story says AP reported cheerleaders were sent to prison camps. AP actually reported the Chosun Ilbo newspaper made the claim based on a single, anonymous source. Hardly the same.
