    So if Bitfinex/Tether is banking with this bank then the web thickens considerably. You see this bank has a license, but one of their subsidiaries who has operated at the same address is very clearly not a bank:

    If only Bitfinex and Tether put as much effort into an easily obtainable audit as they do their never ending rebuttals, the whole industry would be a much better place. Linking to a cold wallet does not prove solvency. It doesn’t prove anything at all. DO A FUCKING AUDIT.

    Hey Are you aware your banking is being used by for customer deposits without MSB registration? Bitfinex has lost banking with every other bank prior to this. won’t touch them with a ten foot pole.

    That Bitfinex BTC premium has risen to a steady $60 now. Looks like that’s going to continue rising whilst people can’t get their money out through wires. They have to resort to withdrawing BTC to flee their scammy exchange.
