    I think you’re both right and wrong. They are absolutely not in poverty, and the people claiming they are clearly don’t know the difference. However, I do think you’re making it sound like they’re well off, and they aren’t. They’re struggling, one move away from poverty

    You know what? I woke up to find that people think a family that can only afford socks for Christmas lives in poverty. I guess I should say I'm shocked by this, maybe it's a generational thing. Maybe to this generation that IS poverty.

    Tully - Wow. Diablo Cody's best script since Juno. Has such a lovely balance of genuine sweetness & good-hearted humor. Really love this film, so glad it's this endearing. About how sometimes you can't always take on everything in life by yourself.

    There is a thing called a primary. Joe Biden will win it easily. The agenda has to be: pick the person who wins the primary and fight for them. Otherwise, what's the point. I hope will be supportive of whomever that is and, as his fan, I know he will be.

    A deal is a deal!

    I love Brussels Sprouts. Mr does not. Last year I said he and would be nominated for Original Screenplay at the 2018 Oscars and that if I was right he had to eat a bowl of sprouts. So last night we celebrated with that classic combo: champagne and sprouts.
