How do I return an item?

We are very sorry if you did not find everything satisfactory with your order. The following explains our return policy and process.

Physical Products
You can return physical products within 30 days of purchase.

Bundled and Digital Products
Bundled and digital products currently cannot be returned.

Exam Vouchers
Exam vouchers cannot be returned. All exam voucher purchases are final. Vouchers are only available for purchase and use in North America.

Refund Process
Please contact Customer Service for more information about returning an item. Once your return has been "authorized" by Customer Service, you may receive an RMA from Customer Service. You can use this RMA to return products to the address specified on the RMA. Once the product has been received and verified, we will credit your account within 7 to 10 business days.
