We're sending traffic to the US now again as well. We'll be monitoring things closely, but please let us know if you hit any issues as well.
-
Amazon says US problems are resolved - we're preparing to add traffic there again to lower latency for US customers currently served in EU.
-
We scaled up the EU to 150 machines to handle the added load incurred by slow/broken US exports and their retries, things feel faster now
-
We continue to scale up capacity in the EU to distribute the synthetic load of this further, as well as investigate more ways to mitigate.
-
.. due to US customers want to export files to their own US S3 buckets, causing severe timeout and strain on our processes
-
Global traffic is being processed in the EU, queues are down there (which is good). Most Assemblies are succeeding, but slower..

Upscaling EU is hindered because we have a sanity check comparing our builds to the global state, removing this now.
-
.. causing timeouts in the systems. We're scaling up capacity manually in the EU to mitigate
