I don't know if 30 minutes is normal for two sliders but I went in and the place was dead so I don't get why I waited so long. No one was at the tables. I ordered from a girl at the register who wasn't very helpful. I told her it was my first time and she stared blankly at me. I expected a suggestion when I asked. I'm waiting to try them still as I sit here. Unfortunate because I met the owner a couple months ago and he seemed really proud of his establishment. I wanted to love it.

Henry is a very educated and highly motivated individual, especially when it comes to health and wellness. His ability to adapt to clients' goals is remarkable, especially with the progressive results to prove it.

I myself am one of his trainees and i couldn't be happier with my results: weighed in at 290+lbs when i first met Henry, and now at a healthy 195-200lb range. I can not believe i could actually reveal my six pack (surreal lol).

Love this place!! I've tried the KF oolong milk tea and the Milk chai tea so far. The milk is so smooth and bubbles taste so good - nothing like I have ever tasted before! Curious about the milk cups.. can't wait to get the next one.
