I've not read it - how are they going to avoid the problem of introducing their efforts emissions into the atmosphere ?

It's like a fridge in a small room - sure they can make in the fridge cooler, but at the expense of making the small room much warmer. (the heat removed from the fridge area, as well as the new heat produced by the pump and other mechanics/electronics)
