Looking for pingtest results?

Lots of folks are having trouble finding the pingtest results which show the jitter and data loss. Go into the summary and double click the line. It will show you the jitter and possibly the packet loss. It doesn't give you a grade for either so you don't know if 23.5ms jitter is good or not so you have to go figure that out. It'd be nice if it gave you guidelines like pingtest.net did. I'm not having any issues with accuracy or consistency as others have experienced. The only reason I even downloaded it is because pingtest.net went away. Decent app; better if it gave you more info for quality tests.

Need a quick launch button to taskbar

Add a quick speed test in quick launch of taskbar too than an app for PC. Much appreciated.

It does what its supposed to do

When I run the speed test, I don't want anything else pulling on my bandwidth, so I can get an accurate reading. If it seems like my response time is bad, everything else gets closed, and the tester can identify if there's a problem. That's what its for and it does a great job. I like that I can specify a location to run the ping to, and get varying results. Thank you Ookla!

Doesn't test full capacity

Nice, clean interface, but doesn't supply full bandwidth. On the speedtest.net website, my connection tests at 240-250 Mbps download, 12 Mbps upload. Via the app, I only get ~140 Mbps download while selecting the same test server. This needs to be corrected... UPDATE: Regarding Ookla's response below, I'm willing to assist, however, there's a 1000-character limit to my input here (which I've used almost 500 currently). I cannot provide the requested information in the space allotted...

good app but still needs some things

it is simple I will say that, but let me chose to see metric distances between me and the server ,identifying the pc on what is it using Wifi or Ethernet

Seems to be mostly functional with room for improvement

Got same results as website in a separately done side by side test. I was able to select a different server for the test no problem. Ping jitter results are obscurely buried. They should be upfront showing the fluctuations as was done on PingTest.net (or something similar). I thought they weren't done after I did the first test, but after 4 or so clicks it finally showed. It would seem the "summary" of the test could have just 1 more column (or two) to include the jitter results as well as the packet loss. With these alterations I would definitely rate at 5 stars.

Speed test works well, but menu transitions are laggy

The speed test works as expected but when going to the menus the UI appears to be very sluggish. Also, it would be nice to have an option to make the background completely black - on OLED screens a black background makes the rest of the graphics really pop as well as uses less energy.

Add sign in option

You should include sign in option like in website because it very useful. Thanks.
