After founding several successful companies in Silicon Valley, Roger began his Bitcoin journey in February 2011.
Years before traditional venture capital firms became involved, he became the first person in the world to start investing in Bitcoin related-startups, nearly singlehandedly funded the entire first generation of Bitcoin businesses.
His current investments include Bitcoin.com, Blockchain.com, Bitpay.com, Kraken.com, and many many others.
In his free time, he enjoys competing in Brazilian Jujitsu tournaments.

Mate is an entrepreneur at heart.
In 2012, he graduated from the International Business School in Budapest.
After college, he helped launch Superior14 a food supplement company.
Mate first heard about Bitcoin in late 2012 and began bitcoin mining in mid-2013 using custom-built ASIC miners.
Later he founded the Bitcoin news and review website called Bitcoinist.
His ultimate goal and passion is to make cryptocurrencies as popular as possible.
He loves traveling to conferences and meeting new people.
Mate was also a former wakeboard world champion and he loves sports.
In his free time, he likes to CrossFit and enjoys Brazilian Jujitsu.

Emil started out in the ISP business, working with networks, data centers, and server operations.
He then started working as a security consultant at the non-bitcoin-related company Bitsec in Sweden.
After working for two years as a security specialist at Nasdaq OMX, he decided to get involved in Bitcoin and founded the Swedish bitcoin exchange Safello in 2013.
He moved to Japan in 2014 to work with the bitcoin security company WizSec that helped with the independent Mt Gox investigation.
He then started working with Roger building Bitcoin.com as one of the first employees.
Emil also does Japanese sword arts and is graded 3rd dan in ZNKR iaido with Hoki Ryu as traditional style.

Natalia has been passionate about entrepreneurship and the new digital economy since her college days when she helped organize a venture capital forum for the local innovators.
She knew she wanted to work with innovative startups so her career began in strategy consulting in order to gain the best practices and apply them to any organization.
Natalia later channeled her passion for entrepreneurship working for early and growth stage companies.
In her free time, she enjoys yoga and making jewelry.

Daniel began his career at a New York law firm.
He later moved to Taiwan where his Internet-based practice focused on counseling e-commerce entrepreneurs.
He discovered Bitcoin in 2012 and saw an opportunity for a meaningful career promoting economic freedom.
After getting Goxxed, he moved to Tokyo to represent creditor interest after Mt Gox's bankruptcy.
He spends most of his time in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Tokyo.
Daniel enjoys a good adventure.

Jeffrey’s professional background began in broadcast marketing and quickly evolved towards product design/development in the digital startups space. Jeffrey’s roles at Bitcoin.com include new product ideation, creative direction and production management.
Amidst work in a variety of industries, he has been passionately involved in Bitcoin and blockchain product development since early 2014. He has worked on some of the most widely used products and brands in the industry.
Jeffrey also serves as Dir. of New Tech & Business Development for Ideas By Nature, a Denver, CO based creative and technology agency.
In his personal time, Jeffrey enjoys music, traveling and the outdoor recreation in his home state of Colorado.

Jake has been deeply involved with the Bitcoin scene since 2012 when he bought his first bitcoin while living in Beijing. Since then he has been tirelessly working to promote Bitcoin and the vision of P2P electronic cash all over the world.

Deeply familiar with the Chinese Bitcoin community, Jake has worked with a number of Bitcoin companies both in Beijing and overseas with a focus on fostering East/West relations in our budding industry. His specialty is a deep knowledge of Bitcoin mining and navigating the nuanced world of Chinese business. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

In his free time, Jake can be found engrossed in a book or traveling someplace new.

Mike moved to China in 2005, after graduating from the University of Georgia with a degree in Philosophy and a minor in Chinese.
Resided in Beijing until 2015 working in IT for companies such as Perfect World and Xiaomi.
He was introduced to bitcoin in 2012 and became inspired to work in the industry.
Hobbies include: music production, craft beer, and motorcycling. Based in the California Bay Area.

Luis is a graphic designer who focuses mainly on creative branding/identity, which can include anything from sleek logos to custom clothing designs, and a lot more.
Luis discovered Bitcoin early, was seduced by the technology and started to promote Bitcoin to friends immediately.
Luis is also a passionate downhill mountain bike racer.

Makoto has been involved in website and graphic design since 1997.
Other than front-end development, he also translates websites and other related materials to Japanese and English and has worked on other related projects as well.
He began translating bitcoin related websites into Japanese from late 2012 to 2013 and eventually started working with Bitcoin.com since August 2016.
Makoto enjoys photography, post-hardcore/screamo music, and playing ice hockey when offline.

My name is ShiLiangHuang, or you can call me ‘Lightning,’ I'm am from China, now living in Shenzhen.
I am a mechanical design engineer with eight years of experience in engineering design and project management.
From 2006-2014, I worked for two companies in Beijing. I have designed a lot of products and also have two patented products.
I met bitcoin in 2013, and in 2014 began spending a lot of time learning about it.
And then started to write about my learning experience and published these thoughts in the bitcoin community.

Mike has been living and breathing bitcoin since April 2013. Being an investor and investment advisor in a past life, Mike has a solid understanding of the finance world.
He joined the Bitcoin.com team in December 2016 and has excelled in demonstrating the platform's value to bitcoin companies around the world.
In the crypto space, Mike was also a seed round investor in Shapeshift and Factom.
Mike lives in Byron Bay, Australia and outside the bitcoin world loves anything to do with the beach.

Tzvi is always game for the latest exciting breakthrough, in 2003, Tzvi became one of the first ten people in South Africa to work with the new WiFi "hotspot" while it was in beta testing.
He vowed never to work from an office again and hasn't since.
Tzvi went on to be one of the early Internet globetrotters, traveling to almost 60 countries and over 300 cities until finally selling his business in 2013.
He then took off two years to be at home with his new twins, before jumping into the fascinating world of Bitcoin.
With his love for children, Tzvi continues to be involved in grass-root projects that bring a smile to underprivileged kids.

Kaine has shared his passion for changing the world ever since he was 13, he has now turned 20 in 2017 and has been drawn to marketing ever since he started creating and marketing himself in his YouTube Videos during his schooling career. Mandy graduated with a degree in Marketing and Business Management in 1999, prior to relocating from Cape Town to London in 2000. Having spent many years in the UK; gaining valuable life experiences and having had the opportunity to be introduced to the wonderful world of online casinos; Mandy got her first job as an Affiliate Marketing Manager and her passion for the industry was born. In 2008 Mandy returned to South Africa to settle down and assist her husband in their new business ventures and continued working remotely in the online casino industry. In 2010 Mandy’s twin boys were born and she took two years off to be a ‘stay at home mom’. With more than 14 years of Affiliate Marketing Management experience under her belt; she is a valuable addition to the team of Bitcoin Games.

Tim is from southern california and started out by selling candy to grade school friends. At 19 he survived a terminal form of cancer. He built an eco-village, chocolate farm, coconut plantation, and permaculture farm with friends in Nicaragua. He worked at the seasteading start-up Blueseed,. Tim is also a student of nanotechnology who discovered a new form of carbon. He later both studied and taught at NASA Ames for two years. He also helps life extension researchers and clinicians find money.

Tim is concerned about the state of the financial and monetary systems and sees bitcoin as a path to a more equitable, peaceful, prosperous and happy world. He helped start Bitcoin Unlimited and helps move bitcoin users to uncensored forums, and thoroughly enjoys sharing bitcoin with new users.

Tim loves almost all outdoor adventure sports, reading, forest gardening, and has an infectious laugh.

Clark got involved with Bitcoin in March 2011 when he built the first real-time exchange data site for the ecosystem.
Later he launched RTBTC, a web-based trading platform interface that was acquired by Blockchain in early 2014.
He has degrees in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M and enjoys playing disc golf when he's not writing code.

Shaun's been a computer programmer since he was 9 years old, a Linux user at age 12, and became a Bitcoin enthusiast when he was 17.
He's always had a passion for cutting edge technologies, but nothing excited him as much as Bitcoin.
He joined Bitcoin.com as a developer in August 2016, shortly after completing his BSc Computer Science degree in University of Western Australia.
Outside of technology, he enjoys photography and traveling around Japan.

Arsen Gasparian is a web developer and bitcoin enthusiast since 2011.
He founded Anonymous Ads, one of the oldest bitcoin advertising networks.
He also created Bitcoinocracy, an open source project that enables bitcoin holders to vote on the propositions with their bitcoin signatures.
Bitcoinocracy is now supported by the Bitcoin.com team and is available at vote.bitcoin.com.

Joakim has been in the bitcoin space since 2012 when he automated order handling for one of the first bitcoin resellers in Sweden.
In 2013 he co-founded Safello whose aim has been to make bitcoin safe and simple for the broader mass.
Recently he bought his first house which means his newfound non-optional interests consists of mowing lawns and fixing broken stuff.

Joey began his career on large capital projects for ExxonMobil, discovering bitcoin in 2013 as a happy alternative to the horse-and-buggy Canadian banking system (to say nothing of the fire-and-sword American banking system).
A mechanical engineer and Victorian definite optimist, his average Taco Bell order is $20.

Sam is a full-stack web developer from an ad agency background. He has always found himself drawn to emerging web technologies. He was first introduced to Bitcoin back in 2015 while working on Mycelium Gear, a bitcoin payment processor.
Sam has been working on vote.bitcoin.com, and will be creating more exciting new products and services for Bitcoin.com

David is a researcher, writer, and developer who is passionate about bitcoin and blockchain. He is the founder of Bitcoinx.io which was later acquired by Bitcoin.com. He previously used to write and curate for Blockchain.info and the social network Myspace. David has worked in the fintech and payments space for over 15 years. In his spare time he enjoys outdoor activities.
