    crazy hill to die on--the fact of source's bias was disclosed, but not as specifically as ideal, but specifically enough that if more specificity was important, judge had enough to ask. It's OK Mary, you can admit wrong. You haven't thought this thru, but here to help.

    I understand... 1) FISA Courts approve 99% of applications for warrants 2) The Trump Dossier that reads like a supermarket tabloid was spiffed up to look like an intelligence document. We MUST see ALL the evidence, the Warrant App, EVERYTHING, with appropriate Nat Sec redactions.

    Of course he can ask questions. My point is that if obscured the info, i.e. shoved it in a footnote, how would he know to ask?

    You think that FISA judge is a mute. Or that if he thought that saying "political bias" wasn't sufficient disclosure, he would just throw up his hands and say "tough on me"? Or if he thought a Yahoo article was insufficient corroboration, he wouldn't act on that view. C'mon Mary.

    Judge's job isn't to double-guess evidence presented by , or so I'm told. And DNC / Clinton funding wasn't specifically disclosed.

    Mary--if that was an offense by the FBI, and/or would have made the difference re whether the warrant was issued, don't you think the FISA judge could have just asked? Presumably, the judge concluded the disclosure of political bias was sufficient for him to weigh the Steele info
