    To censure after she’s won a seat we need to retain to form a government I expect to come out in her support. Otherwise what’s the point.

    I despair, Canterbury was won by 187 votes for the first time since 1885. Now a group of "Labour" members want to destroy all this good work because they have a problem with an MP calling out antisemitism. , can I expect either of you call this out?

    When I first started talking abt period poverty, some people mocked (mainly Tories tbf). There is now wide acceptance that it is worth campaigning for & I’m proud to see my local Asda install a red box instore

    Just to be clear I will not be resigning. I am Labour through and through and I will continue to stand up and fight for Labour values.

    Strange how when a CLP passes a vote of no confidence in their MP they are expected to resign, but when the PLP passes a vote of no confidence in their leader it doesn't count. Funny old world.

    As a trade union, if we negotiate a pay deal for our members we put that deal back to the members and they decide whether that's acceptable or not. It is with the people that approval of the final deal should rest.

    Completely right. I was in the room to hear the speech and it was phenomenal. Real moral authority. Reminded us what Labour leaders are supposed to do and say.

    Well done to my old gaffer for having the decency, moral courage + sense of responsibility and anger to speak out. That there are still so many senior Labour figures who have remained silent on this issue is depressing and shameful.
