    We always try our best to help these users (WSReset instructions etc), and often succeed, but it's still a bummer to talk to users who've been kind of poisoned against us and think that we've stolen $10 or whatever from them, when the problem is 100% with the delivery mechanism.

    There's a frustrating trend where users buy our apps, but - for whatever reason - can't download them from the Microsoft Store. These users talk to MS support, and are told it's the dev's (our) fault. Not really sure what to do about this - , peeps, any ideas?
