    Such an honour to be at the end of year celebrations for the Diverse Women's Mentoring Association tonight. What a privilege to be in a room full of brilliant and passionate , celebrating them. Listening to WoC lead. I have no doubt they will change the world for the better.

    The men in RPC are all having to shower using well water, full of bacteria & causing skin infections everywhere, from the eyes, to the ears to the back. When this man showed me his back last week I wanted to weep. This is the human cost of and Dutton's cruelty.

    These are the toilets inside RPC. No running water for 3 weeks. Unworkable. The smell alone made me really sick when I walked inside. For 21 days the men have been forced to go in the open making dysentery rampant inside the camp. Gastro & Chronic Diarrhea everywhere.

    Again from UNHCR Today "We observed [on ] that initially four caseworkers were planned to look after over 700 individuals’ wellbeing. From what we have observed firsthand, none are operating as of today....So it is quite concerning that it is still not up and running."

    This is big from UNHCR today "The accommodation outside former centre still under construction...fact remains that major work still in progress, might take couple of weeks before completion... the most basic services needed are still not adequately provided for outside the centre

    This was the sleeping quarters for some of the men inside the RPC. Men forced to sleep in filth on top of tables. I even met some men who were sleeping on top of shipping containers as they were scared of being attacked.
