    I shall be proud to stand with you at the Cenotaph, remembering those who gave their today for our tomorrow. They include my wonderful father, Capt David Arkush, who served in WW2 and survived 3.5 yrs as a PoW on the Burma railroad.

    The imperative is to bring about a culture of respect for each other + knowledge that crossing boundaries will have consequences. I agree that a code is not the answer unless it reinforces the culture.

    I think it's great that the Board is addressing this issue. But for pity's sake let's not have a Code of Conduct. People should understand how to behave with respect, that's surely the conclusion.
