Amazon Europe Core and/or its affiliates ("Amazon") provide the Amazon Tickets website at tickets.amazon.co.uk (the "Website") and other online features to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at the website ("tickets.amazon.co.uk"), you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future Amazon Tickets service, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service. If these conditions are inconsistent with such guidelines and conditions, such guidelines and conditions will control.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit Amazon Tickets or send e-mails to us or text us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail, texting or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
OUR ROLE
The Website is a ticketing website through which you can buy tickets ("Tickets") from venues, theatres, and/or ticket distributors (collectively, these are referred to as “Merchants”). The Website is only a platform enabling you to purchase Tickets directly from Merchants. It is not the seller or issuer of Tickets that Merchants make available on the Website. As issuer of the Ticket, the Merchant (and not Amazon) is fully responsible for the terms and conditions of each Ticket, and for any and all injuries, illnesses, damages, claims, liabilities and costs suffered by or in respect of you or any other customer caused in whole or in part by the Merchant or its products or services. Contact the Merchant promptly if you have any issues or complains [related to the redemption of your Ticket] and they should resolve them with you.

TICKET TERMS
In addition to the conditions that apply to your use of the Amazon Tickets website and purchase of Tickets generally, each Ticket you purchase through the Amazon Tickets website is subject to certain additional terms between you and the Merchant that apply to that Ticket (“Ticket Terms”). The Ticket Terms specific to a given deal appear in the “What You Need to Know” section of the page where you purchase the Ticket and on the "Additional Standard Ticket Terms" page linked to from the What You Need to Know terms. Additional Ticket Terms may appear if you receive a physical ticket from the Merchant. The complete Ticket Terms (the What You Need to Know terms and the Additional Standard Ticket Terms) may also be displayed on the printed Ticket. The applicable Ticket Terms form a contract between you and the Merchant. If you buy a Ticket, you accept those Ticket Terms with the Merchant. Please read them carefully. Amazon is not a party to any of these terms between you and the Merchant. Tickets are redeemable only at the Merchant's location(s) specified on the Ticket.
IMPORTANT – TICKET EXPIRATION POLICY: The Ticket is valid only for the date printed on your Ticket. You must redeem the Ticket on the date specified on the Ticket. For a Ticket that is redeemable for an event that is to take place on a specific date (e.g., a concert or a theatrical performance), Tickets will not be redeemable after the event date. Unless otherwise specified in the Ticket Terms, you will not be eligible to receive a refund from the Merchant or use the Ticket if you fail to redeem the ticket before the stated event date and/or on the date printed on your Ticket.

BUYING TICKETS
When you buy a Ticket we will send you a purchase confirmation containing a link to the "Your Tickets" page on the Website where you can print out an order confirmation to redeem for your Ticket or, if applicable, a copy of your Ticket. To redeem your Ticket, usually you will need to print out and bring the order confirmation which is found in "Your Tickets" or (if supported by the Merchant) display the Ticket on your smartphone to the applicable Merchant. However, specific redemption instructions may be included on the Ticket that will describe other redemption methods (such as entering the Ticket’s code into a website or displaying the Ticket to a Merchant via a mobile device). Your Ticket will generally not be usable until the date of the event for which you purchased the Ticket, the date will be clear in the What You Need to Know section and on the printed Ticket. We will maintain the copy of the purchased Ticket on "Your Tickets" page so that you may print it at any time, unless we issue you a refund.
