Registrations, or orders, represent single orders for one or many tickets.
Every registration for your event gets a unique, four character reference code. eg. 1QAX. Each reference also has a unique secure long id, _eg. oiu23hoi3iou2hro
Hit Orders to access the orders list.
This view gives you a summary of each order and the tickets that were ordered. You can search and filter this view.
Clicking in to an individual order gives you several options and visibility on various aspects of the order.
To re-send a confirmation email, just hit the email icon. You can review the contents of the email, then press “Send” to send the email.
You can use this view to print the invoice that the customer would have received as a PDF. Just hit the printer icon.
You can edit the name and email of the order, and choose whether to apply those changes by hitting “Edit”
This view also gives you a full overview of the order details:
Secret Customer Link This is the page that the customer can access to make changes to their order, see their tickets, and access their invoice.
You can export a list of orders as CSV. Go to Orders and click Export CSV
