This is a place to solely discuss Asian beauty products, brands, trends, reviews, tools and application methods.

Posts must encourage discussion
This means no selfies, haul pictures or posts, routine help, fluff or memes.
Questions with definite answers, that can be answered with an internet search, do not encourage discussion or are thinly veiled personal posts are not appropriate and will be removed. Help threads can be found at /r/AsianBeautyAdvice.
No personal content in posts
When creating a discussion topic, any answers or examples should go in the comments as a reply to your own post. This is so your own experience does not automatically dominate the discussion.

No shameless self promotion
This also includes posts centered around your own content. Content creators must follow a 10:1 rule, where for every post of self promotion (ie, relevant link to external content in a discussion post) there must be 10 posts that have nothing to do with themselves or their brand.
Business Rules and Flairs
Business representatives who are hoping to post on behalf of their business (ie, clarify ingredient list, or use of product) must first identify themselves to the moderators and they will be given a special flair. Failure to do so will result in all unverified ‘official’ posts being removed.
