My piece wasn't edited in that way. Recently Women's March has begun to aknowledge the issue. They're not perfect and I have plenty of issues, but if they're willing to call a spade a spade, it's at least a start.

I agree 100% The video was wrong. It was wrong as adult to a child - even had it not smacked of anti-semitism. But I still think that something like this can, as it were, be atoned for. This tweet is a start.

I think it's really important that people don't drag him after this. What he did imho was wrong - but if something comes out of ignorance, continuing to create conflict over working towards understanding only exacerbates the issue.
