I aim for at least 11,000 steps per day, including moderate aerobic exercise 4-5X per week, and of course push-ups and planks (my favorite!). My wife and I also enjoy our exercise quality time together. You can do this too, just get started! #MoveYourWay @HHSPrevention

#Measles is circulating in communities, and so is misinformation about vaccines and this highly contagious and potentially fatal virus. I know – I took care of children with measles requiring full life support machines.
