Hi @taylor198269. The HGV is owned by @HighwaysEngland & is loaned to Forces around the UK. Yesterday a man was caught driving a van with no hands on the wheel whilst rolling a cigarette on the busy A19 dual carriageway. I'm sure you'll agree this is not a minor traffic offence.
