I had a great dream last night where I parked a rental car in a hotel parking lot but didn't get a parking pass, and the next morning the car had been towed and I was late for my flight. And then I woke up! None of that had happened! I just had to deal with my normal problems.

I also listened to an RPG podcast tonight where they were playing Honey Heist and one character, a grizzly bear, was named Hubert. They kept making bear puns (one bear smokes Marlbearo cigarettes) but nobody got close to Hubert's name in French. I had to turn it off in frustration.

Just heard an audio book narrator mispronounce "soi disant" as "soy distant." It's a sci-fi book (Up Jim River), so the poor guy has dealt with a lot of neologisms and jibber-jabber. Still!

I'm really enjoying these. Just listened to the third this morning; looking forward to this one.
I've experimented with a lot of systems like this over the years - at one point I had a password-protected Tumblr which I liked because Tumblr has a feature where you can call a number and it shows up as an audio post. It's always easier to do audio, I think, since you can just ramble more. In eighth grade a friend and I had a vlog which was a lot of fun too, and honestly I've wanted to start vlogging again for years. But it just takes so much time :/

This is my first attempt doing an audio journal. I'm especially interested in having it work better with pump.io.
Honestly I was surprised at the audio quality. That's good enough for a personal journal, I think.
