Academic Background: Holden attended Arizona State University and received an undergraduate degree in Business. There, he was actively involved in the Entrepreneur's @ ASU organization where he helped his peers get their business ideas off the ground. Currently, Holden is a third-year law student at UC Hastings. He is actively involved in the school's Moot Court team. He recently authored a journal note on the DMCA Triennial Review Proceedings with respect to vehicle software research.
Work Experience: In college, Holden started his own company consulting professionals on social media marketing. After his first year of law school, Holden summered at Rouda, Feder, Tietjen & McGuinn, a San Francisco firm specializing in plaintiff-side torts. This past summer, he was a summer associate at Clyde & Co where he assisted the firm in data breach coverage.
