GDI provides affordable and judgment-free opportunities for adult women interested in learning web and software development. Through accessible in-person classes in 56 cities, GDI helps women from diverse backgrounds achieve their technology goals and build confidence in their careers and everyday lives.

At DockerCon 2016, attendees unlocked inaugural funding to the Docker Scholarship through the Bump Up! initiative.
The Docker Scholarship to Hack Reactor provided financial support and mentorship to three students to attend Hack Reactor programs. The goal of scholarship program was to strengthen the broader tech community by making it more diverse and inclusive to traditionally underrepresented groups.
