    Hi Shailaja, a low-fat diet with good amount of fresh fruits and vegetables, adequate Calcium and Vitamin D intake and less sweet is recommended. Also, for menopausal symptoms soya-based products might help.

    Still stuck with 1-2 hot flashes an hour, plus anxiety, mood swings and brain fog. Some symptoms have gone eg painful limbs and headaches
