the systems we live within encourage isolation and factionalism as a self-preservation mechanism. but its promises are hollow

also - if you are a shitty human being, it will come back to haunt you

if you come from a position of privilege, it's not your job to monitor and judge other people's opinions - it's your job to change minds

...then maybe you should chill it out a little bit with giving people shit for their problematic opinions of media?

if you don't have to deal with your family being shot at, the threat of prison & racialized violence, and unending poverty...

actually just adds more and more truth to the notion that "correct" activism is the realm of the privileged

that kind of BS tribalism is much more self-destroying than it is any kind of powerful

i do miss Bay Area radicalism here in PDX - but so many of those people need to fuck off with being cutthroat & treating it as social status

a lot of fashionable anarchists i met in Oakland need to take off their costumes & educate themselves in the school of being-a-human-being

it's not about what you wear. it's not about what fashionable opinions you have, or what articles you share on social media.
