Wrong proto package was imported - github.com/gogo/proto over the official github.com/golang/protobuf Fixes #236.

Failed to decode "google.rpc.debuginfo-bin" (noisy logs)
I'm seeing this in the logs a lot for the Pub/Sub client. It's new, I think?
